Qays is currently working on the new drama series "Ta3ab el Mechwar" (Tiring career), written by Fadi Qoshakji and directed by Seif Sbei.

Also he started recently shooting the drama "Al Ghofran" (Forgiveness), written by Hassan Sami Youssef and directed by Hatem Ali.

Finally, Qays is preparing to start work on the TV drama "Anfelwanza el tuyyur", directed by Marwan Barakat and co-written by Najib Nusair and Hassan Sami.

يقوم قيس حاليا بتصوير اللقطات الخاصة به من مسلسل "تعب المشوار" من تأليف فادي قوشقجي واخراج سيف سبيعي. كما بدأ قيس مؤخرا بتصوير المسلسل الجديد "الغفران" مع المخرج حاتم علي من تأليف حسن سامي يوسف.

اخيرا سيشارك قيس في المسلسل الجديد للمخرج مروان بركات، الذي يحمل اسم "انفلونزا لطيور" وهو من تأليف مشترك بين نجيب نصير وحسن سامي يوسف.

Qays latest movie "Dimashk tatakalam" (Damascus talks), about St Paul, will be screened today (May 16th, 2009) in the Vatican. Also the movie has been translated into 8 different languages and will be shown everywhere around the world.

سيتم اليوم عرض فيلم "دمشق تتكلم" عن القديس بولس في الفاتيكان. تمت ترجمة هذا الفيلم الى 8 لغات وسيتم عرضه في كافة انحاء العالم.

Qays has just completed filming the new series "Al Dawamma" (the dilemma), written by Mamdouh Edwan and directed by Al Muthana Sobh.
Also, Qays is preparing to start work on the new drama series "Taht el madass", (under trotten) directed by Mohammad Sheikh Najib, his father, and written by Marwan Qaouk.
On another hand, Qays is preparing himself to work on the new movie "marra okhra" (once again) written and directed by Joud Said, the movie is a co-production between the General Establishment of Cinema and SAPI (Syria Art Production International).

انتهى قيس من تصوير ادواره في مسلسل "الدوامة" تأليف ممدوح عدوان واخراج المثنى صبح.

كما يستعد قيس لتصوير مشاهده في مسلسل "تحت المداس" تأليف مروان قاووق واخراج محمد شيخ نجيب (والد قيس). ويجسد قيس دور من نوع جديد في هذا المسلسل.

من جهة اخرى سيبدأ قيس قريبا بتصوير فيلم "مرة اخرى" تأليف واخراج جود سعيد. هذا العمل هو انتاج مشترك بين المؤسسة العامة للسينما وشركة سورية الدولية للانتاج الفني.

"Al Hessrom Al Shami" Part 2 (Premature Damascene Grapes) and "Awlad al-Qaymariya", both produced by Orbit network and directed by Seif Sbei, are currently being broadcasted for free on "Marhaba" channel. This channel is owned by Orbit network, and it will broadcast the first seven episodes of both series for free till the seventh day of Ramadan.

يتم حاليا عرض الجزء الثاني من مسلسل "الحصرم الشامي" ومسلسل "اولاد القيمرية"، من انتاج شبكة اوربت واخراج سيف سبيعي.
فقد قررت شبكة اوربت بث اول سبع حلقات من كل مسلسل وبشكل مجاني على قناة "مرحبا" التابعة لشبكة اوربت. علما انه سيتم تشفير هذه القناة اعتبارا من السابع من رمضان.

More recently, Qays has declined taking part in "Bab al-Hara, part 3", for reasons that he will disclose eventually, although he had acted in the previous parts. Currently he is working on a new series called "Awlad al-Qaymariya", written by Abbas al-Nouri and directed by Seif Sbei.
He is also working on "Wajeh al-Adala" (The Face of Justice), based on the popular radio show "Hukum al-Adala" (The Verdict of Justice). This work is directed by Sayf Sheikh Najib and written by the attorney, Hael Yusufi. All of its stories are taken from real life criminal cases at the Palace of Justice.
 

اعتذر قيس عن مشاركته في الجزء الثالث من مسلسل "باب الحرة" وذلك لعدة أسباب سيتم طرحها فيما بعد.
من جهة اخرى يقوم قيس الان بتصوير مشاهده من مسلسل "اولاد القيمرية" من تأليف الفنان عباس النوري وإخراج سيف الدين سبيعي.
كما يشارك قيس في المسلسل الجديد "وجه العدالة" المأخوذ من البرنامج الإذاعي "حكم العدالة" الذي يبث على الاذاعة السورية منذ عشرين عاما. علما أن العمل من إخراج سيف قيس نجييب وتأليف المحامي هائل يوسفي، علما أن القصص كافة مأخوذة من الملفات القضائية.

Qays is currently on location, making a new film called "Al-Tajali al-Akheer Li Gheelan Addimashki" (The last transfiguration of Gheelan Addimashki). He is also preparing to start work on the TV drama, Bab al-Hara part 3, which took the Arab World by storm in 2007 and is expected to be a hit when it airs exclusively on MBC during the month of Ramadan in 2008.
